If you’re familiar with the KuppaJoy brand, you know that customer service and loving people is the foundation we built our company on. Over the last four months, we have experienced unprecedented extremes concerning the dealings of everyday life. The constant changes, state-mandated business practices, and the overall health and safety of our employees and our guests have been challenging for us as a business, to say the least. However, as we navigate through these times the last things I want to see sacrificed are the joy in your experience as our customer. That is why I am excited to announce the Joy Guarantee!
What is the joy guarantee you might ask? It is simple. Our staff has been trained to accommodate any food or drink purchase that has failed to meet your expectation. Simply let your barista know the issue, and they will make it right. For my non-confrontational folk, don’t worry. I want to make sure there is no hesitation in speaking up about your purchase in-store or online.
